NEPTUNE - New Jersey American Water, which owns Neptune Township and Neptune City's potable water system, has issued a water restriction through Tuesday evening. According to NJAW's press statement, they are replacing a valve at their Jumping Brook Water Treatment Plant. ASBURY PARK, NJ - The City of Asbury Park has partnered with Veo Micromobility to introduce 250 rideshare scooters to the community, available for riders aged 18 and older. Launched during Memorial Day weekend, the program features a mixed fleet of vehicles stationed at over 50 designated parking locations across the city. June marked a significant milestone with Asbury Park residents and visitors taking nearly 18,000 scooter trips, covering a total of over 24,000 miles. Stay out of the water! Major sewage leak in Red Bank, NJ
RED BANK — Residents and visitors are "strongly advised" to stay out of the Navesink River because of an accidental release of sewage into storm drains. A drilling crew working in Parking Lot 1 in front of the NJ Transit station at the intersection of Monmouth and Burrowes streets struck a pressurized main. The borough is also discouraging the consumption of fish and shellfish from the area of the Route 35 bridge over the Navesink.

NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Neptune Township's award-winning Youth Emergency Services Camp returns for the second time this August, and space is still available for kids who would like to learn more about Neptune's public safety agencies!
