Neptune Township: National Night Out 2024 and Girls Basketball Tournament

NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP - Neptune Township Police Department invite the community to two upcoming events.

Neptune Township Police Chief Anthony Gualario shares about these events: "The Neptune Township Police Department is committed in our continuing efforts in expanding our community outreach events throughout the year as we promote police-community partnerships to make our neighborhoods safer together under positive circumstances. These types of events help facilitate trust between community members and police officers."

National Night Out 2025 will be held on Tuesday, 8/6/24 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Midtown Elementary (1155 Corlies Ave).  This event will include a bike raffle, free refreshments, a dunk tank, a State Police helicopter flyover, and more.  Businesses and vendors are invited to sign up to participate by emailing jmacconchie@neptunepolice.org.

Neptune Police and Warrior Elite will be hosting "Girls Got Game:  Basketball Tournament" on Saturday, 8/17/24.  This event will be held from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Neptune Middle School outdoor basketball courts (2300 Heck Ave).  Girls aged 13 and up are invited to participate in the tournament, and registration for participants begins at 8:00 AM.  There will be refreshments and a live DJ at the tournament.  For more information, please call (732) 473-7833 or email mledet@neptunepolice.org.
