KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) - Four individuals were injured after an erratic driver speeding on I-35 hit their vehicle and drove away before first responders arrived. The Kansas Highway Patrol indicates that around 10:20 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 30, emergency crews were called to the area of southbound I-35 and 18th St. in Kansas City, Kan., with reports of a hit-and-run collision.
