Former Marine, Morris County Sheriff's Detective Robert Forte Joins Chatham Township Police Department
CHATHAM, NJ -- Former Marine and Morris County Sheriff's Office Detective Robert Forte was officially sworn in as a new member of the Chatham Township Police Department by Mayor Stacey Ewald on Tuesday night. Forte enlisted in the US Marine Corps in 2012 and served as an ammunition technician until 2016. After the Marine Corps, he attended Bergen Community College and graduated with an Associate of Science in Business Administration, concentrating on Finance.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER Forte joined the Morris County Sheriff’s Office in 2019 after graduating from the Morris County Police Academy’s Basic Police Class. The Garden State is represented five times on the list from GOBankingRates, which looked at all cities with 5,000 or more households and isolated the 50 cities with the highest average household income.
