Cole Custer will make his return to the Cup Series in 2025 driving for the Haas Factory Team
INDIANAPOLIS — Cole Custer will return to NASCAR's Cup Series next season as the driver for Haas Factory, the team announced Saturday before Brickyard 400 qualifying. The 26-year-old, who was the 2020 Cup Series Rookie of the Year, will drive the No. 41 Ford. Team officials said they would have a technical alliance with RFK Racing with additional help coming from Ford Performance.
Indianapolis Man Sentenced To 16 Years In Prison For Drug Possession And Aggravated Battery
On Friday, a narcotics possession charge and his involvement in an October 2021 shooting led to a 16-year prison sentence for an Indianapolis man. IMPD officers from the Northwest District responded to a report of a person shot on Oct. 18, 2021, in the 5500 block of W 38th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult female who had suffered gunshot wounds. She was transported to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in stable condition. IMPD initiated an investigation into the incident shortly after.
