PORTER/LAPORTE COUNTIES, Ind. (WNDU) - Two men are facing charges after a high-speed chase over the weekend in multiple northwest Indiana counties. Two arrested after pursuit near LaPorte-Porter County line
A pursuit near the LaPorte-Porter County line led to two arrests. On Saturday, June 29, around 1:30 a.m., Trooper Nicholas Isajczuk was patrolling I-94 near the Porter/LaPorte County line when he spotted a speeding gray Toyota SUV without headlights or tail lights. Despite reaching speeds over 110 mph, the trooper eventually caught up as the SUV merged onto the shoulder to pass another car.
