Poconos property that served as 1920s resort hits the market for $1.3M: photos
A house that was built in 1890 by an English sea captain and served as a small resort in the 1920s is for sale in the Poconos. The six-bedroom, 4.5-bath house sits on 50 acres at 6431 Franklin Hill Road in East Stroudsburg and hit the market last month. J.D. Lepeta, the listing agent, told lehighvalleylive.com on Tuesday the property, known as “Snowbird Farm,” was still available.
