    Rochester Recreation Announces Return of Learn to Skate Program

    ROCHESTER, NH - The Rochester Recreation and Arena is excited to announce the return of its popular Learn to Skate (LTS) program, open to children aged 5-12. This program offers young skaters the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of skating in a fun and welcoming environment.

    The Learn to Skate program is designed for beginners, helping skaters progress through various levels as they develop their skills on the ice. Each session encourages confidence and skill-building, ensuring that participants enjoy their experience while mastering the basics of skating.

    Three sessions will be offered this fall:

    • Session 1: Wednesdays, September 11 – October 2, 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM
    • Session 2: Saturdays, September 14 – October 5, 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
    • Session 3: Saturdays, November 16 – December 7, 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM

    Registration for the program opens on September 1, 2024. Parents are encouraged to register early, as spaces tend to fill up quickly.
