SEBRING ‒ The woman who was critically injured while walking on railroad tracks early Monday has been identified as Allison Carter, 21, of Beloit. Broadview Heights hires former ARB member to design new Service Department storage building
BROADVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The city has hired a Broadview Heights architect to design a new Service Department storage building on the City Hall campus. Glen D.
