FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A lawsuit involving a former Fort Wayne firefighter and VeoRide is set to continue after initially being settled by an Allen Superior Court judge. On Tuesday, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled that Allen Superior Court Judge Jennifer DeGroote “erred” when entering summary judgement — a ruling entered by the court for one party and against another party without a full trial — in favor of VeoRide.
