This Strange Hot Dog is the Most Googled in Kentucky
Have you ever tried the most Googled hot dog in Kentucky? I've never even heard of it. It's that time of year when folks will be firing up their grill for cookouts with friends and family, especially with the 4th of July being this week. One of the most popular foods that people make is hot dogs. The hot dogs being made at the July 4th BBQ are almost always straight from the grill to the hot dog bun. Pretty basic, really. Once you have your hot dog, you can choose from whatever condiments are available, and off you go. Personally, I prefer a hot dog with some chili and cheese on top of it. I could eat those all day.

Colonel Harland Sanders, the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken, is from (and founded KFC) in Laurel County, Kentucky. So naturally, the state of Kentucky would embrace its fried chicken heritage with a big festival, right?
