The fan favorite weapon of Taysom Hill went viral earlier this week. He is reaching new heights, even as he gets older for an NFL player. He's simply not slowing down.

Taysom Hill squats new personal record weight of 685 pounds

According to Mike Triplett, Saints director of sports science Matt Rhea believes that Hill's acceleration is also as good as it's ever been in his career.

Rhea also notes that Hill may the strongest man he's ever known, overall.

"This dude, pound-for-pound, is probably the strongest guy I've ever worked with."

Hill is not slowing down as he approaches 34 years old. His role for the upcoming season is unknown with Klint Kubiak as the Saints' new offensive play-caller, but don't be surprised if his usage actually increases in 2024.

Kubiak has a plan for the utility knife that Hill is on an NFL team. The labeled "QB" has been used in multiple roles already around the offense under Kubiak.

Hill has lined up as a shotgun running back, a lead blocker at fullback, and his usual tight end spot during practices. The new staff is moving him around to throw off the defense with a bunch of looks. Hill is excited for the dynamic that he can create in the team's new scheme, too.

"It's weird to say after seven years of doing what I've been doing that I'm being asked to do things I've never done before. That is exciting to me and it's challenging, and I love to be challenged like that. I'm grateful for those guys creating unique and fun opportunities for me." -- via the New Orleans Advocate

Hill provides threats unseen by basically any other player in football. It sounds like New Orleans will use that, possibly more than ever, to their advantage this season.

There's no player in the league quite like him, and Kubiak comes from the San Francisco 49ers . Kyle Juszczyk is the best fullback in football and was a key piece to his offense on the West Coast. Hill probably won't solely play from that spot, but seeing him take steps there is still a new experience for New Orleans. -- A to Z Sports

Get ready for plenty of Taysom Time in 2024, Saints fans.
