LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Louisville police have arrested two teenagers in connection to the murder investigation of 13-year-old DaViawn Blackmon. Blackmon was found dead after he was shot in the Chickasaw neighborhood near 38th and Broadway on June 27. On Thursday, LMPD announced they arrested a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old in connection to his death.
