Search on for missing New Rochelle man, 20, last seen in Manhattan

A 20-year-old man from New Rochelle is missing in Manhattan after he posted a goodbye message to his social media.

New Rochelle police say Neyson Estela, 20, was last seen by his family Friday, June 28, around 5 p.m. leaving 44 Pleasant St. in New Rochelle on a bicycle. He was wearing black shorts, a black T-shirt, black sneakers, a gray baseball hat and a black backpack. He is 5-foot-8, 136 pounds and of Peruvian descent

His brother told officials that Estela was said to be "acting paranoid" and told him that people were following him. Estela later posted "BYE" to his family on social media.

Estela was last seen in the area of Pier 84 in Manhattan near W. 46th St. and 12th Avenue on Saturday, June 29. He was seen running northbound after he had taken off his backpack and shirt.

New Rochelle police are asking anyone with information about Estela's whereabouts to call 914-654-2300.
