Carroll Community School District Board Of Education To Hold Special Meeting Adopting New Resolution For Bond Agreement Amount
The Carroll Community School District Board of Education released the agenda for the special meeting to update the resolution for the new proposed transportation facility. After the public hearing during Monday night’s meeting, the board members rejected the proposed resolution to enter into a bond agreement not to exceed $16 million and plan to lower that amount by issuing a new bond agreement. Upon deciding that, the board will also schedule a public hearing to allow for input on the new resolution. The only other item on the agenda is considering an engagement letter with Dorsey Whitney LLP, which will serve as the project attorney.
