BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – A customer shopping at a local grocery store reported finding a card skimming device at one of the registers. The manager of the store called police around 6:30 p.m. Monday to report the incident, handing over a black plastic keypad cover that was found attached to the credit card processing terminal.
