Youngstown staple opens second location
BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – A family-owned and operated fifth-generation Youngstown staple just expanded. Zabel’s Restaurant Equipment and Supplies started in the 1900s in downtown Youngstown and has been at its Market Street location for decades. The business is now open at another location on South Avenue in Boardman that’s easy to access whether you’re coming or going.
Real estate transfers: Best Western hotel in Jackson Township sells for $4.55 million
The Best Western hotel at 6889 Sunset Strip Ave. NW in Jackson Township has sold, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office. The property was purchased by RBP Hotel Group LLC, which lists a Canton mailing address on county records, from Shree Krishna Inc. for $4.55 million.

Young go-kart racer living life in the fast lane
For 11-year-old Brecksville resident Brady Lewandowski, checkered flags and finishing ahead of the pack has become a way of life. Lewandowski, who began go-kart racing at age 5, won his first championship in the 8-12 age group at Thompson Kart Raceway in 2021.
