Caitlin Clark Makes WNBA History With Unprecedented Stat Line Against Liberty

Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark is no stranger to making history.

And she set another impressive WNBA record during her team's game against the New York Liberty on Saturday.

During the fourth quarter of Saturday's game, Clark became the first WNBA rookie to record a triple double.

With seven minutes left in the game, Clark has 15 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds.

By the time the fourth quarter began, Clark needed three rebounds to secure her first career triple-double. And it took the rookie less than three minutes to pick those rebounds up.

Despite Clark's record-setting game, the Fever are still losing to the Liberty at home with a few minutes remaining in the contest.

And considering Clark's competitive streak, she likely won't care about breaking this WNBA rookie triple-double record if it doesn't also come with a win.

Let's see whether Clark and her Fever teammates can rally from behind and earn their first victory against the New York Liberty this season.
