    Michael Shvo can’t catch a minute’s peace.

As we reported on June 27, he faces a $600 million lawsuit by the Core Club for an alleged, “sinister” fraud scheme involving the club’s location at 711 Fifth Ave.

Shvo called the claim  “a desperate attempt to bail out” the club’s owners from “binding agreements” — which according to him includes the club not repaying its debt and trying to block him from an option to acquire 50 percent of the company.

Now, we’ve learned, the club’s lawyers have advised Shvo and his wife Seren Shvo that they’re banned from setting foot on the premises of which he’s the landlord.

Shvo allegedly owes Core Club $80,000 for its services, including use of its facilities for dinner and birthday parties. It’s a minor part of the suit but the easiest for non-lawyers to understand.

A source told Realty Check the day after the suit was filed that a settlement could be in the works but the July 4 fireworks came and went without a deal.

Meanwhile, Shvo is also being sued by former friend Serdan Bilgili over control of two Aman residences that Shvo developed in Manhattan.

And, Page Six reported last week that a resident of Shvo’s Mandarin Oriental wrote to Shvo’s laywers that Shvo improperly threw a party on the  roof as if the property was his “personal fiefdom.” Shvo said the bash was a promotional tool to sell more condos in the building.

Condo owner John Goodman (not the actor) earlier also claimed his $6.1 million pad was riddled with defects.
