The second-generation businessman spent time in an intensive care unit in Southampton, The Real Deal reported.

He was buried at New Montefiore Cemetery in West Babylon, according to the outlet.

No cause of death has been announced and he leaves behind two young daughters.

His influencer wife, Candice, runs the popular lifestyle blog Mama and Tata.

In addition to running her blog and an Instagram account, which appeared to be deactivated on Monday, Candice also works as the head buyer for Tenent Shop in Southampton, New York.

The family owns a $9 million home in Tribeca and a $3 million home in Southampton .

Candice partnered with her sister, Jenna Crespi, in 2016 to run the website Mama and Tata, a blog which Candice has since become the majority owner.

The entrepreneur also began her own vintage-inspired clothing line, Black Iris.

Brandon and Candice Miller married in 2009 after being close friends for years.

“We actually lived across the street from each other in the Hamptons,” Candice told Over the Moon in October 2018.

“However, we didn’t start really dating until our mid-20s when the timing was right.

“We always loved one another, but it was actually so nice that we waited all of those years because we had no secrets, we knew everything about each other.”

The couple has been seen mingling with Ivanka Trump’s social circle while in the Hamptons.

    REAL ESTATE CAREER

Brandon inherited the Real Estate Equity Corporation, or REEC, from his father Michael Miller, who began the company in 1978.

The younger Miller joined the business in 2004 and ran it with his business partner, Mark Siegel.

The business has been involved in major projects and is reported to have developed over 20 million square feet throughout the United States, according to the company’s website.

Most recently, the company wrapped up work on construction of a life sciences building in East Harlem.

Miller’s company has faced some legal issues in the past few years.

In 2019, a complaint was filed about Miller’s late father in relation to a condominium project.

The complaint alleged Michael Miller, who died in 2016, told his assistant to forge his son’s signature on law documents. Court documents show that the lawsuit was settled.

However, the company endured another lawsuit.

TD Bank sued Miller, his mother, and his sister, over a series of alleged fraudulent transfers which the bank claimed prevented it from collecting $2.1 million, the Real Deal reported.

The origins of the case date back to missed payments from Miller on a $17.5 million commercial mortgage loan which his late father had personally guaranteed up to $3.5 million, according to the outlet.

Real Estate Equity Corporation did not immediately respond to the U.S. Sun’s comment request.
