New video footage has emerged showing Travis Scott — whose real name is Jacques Webster — being dragged out of a five-star Paris hotel lobby in handcuffs by cops early Friday morning before being placed into the back of a police car.

The 33-year-old was wearing a yellow hoodie, black sweatpants, and sneakers as two police officers held his arms on either side.
