Cowboys’ Albert Huggins shoves Rams staffer in chaotic practice moment

No one is safe at NFL joint practices.
Tempers flared at a practice on Wednesday after Cowboys defensive tackle Albert Huggins shoved a Rams equipment intern — per The Athletic — to the ground after a play.
Huggins broke through the offensive live and shoved the assistant, who appeared to be standing in as a quarterback for the drill.
Rams players immediately swarmed towards Huggins and someone could be heard shouting, “What the f–k are you doing?”

But rarely, if ever, are staffers part of the equation.
The Cowboys signed Huggins on Aug. 6.
The 27-year-old former Clemson Tiger is the definition of a journeyman, playing for four teams — Eagles, Lions, Saints and Falcons — over five seasons.
Huggins has also spent time with the Patriots and Vikings but never played a snap for those teams. He has appeared in 27 career games, including 13 for Atlanta last season.
Star receiver CeeDee Lamb is holding out in a contract dispute and quarterback Dak Prescott’s future with the team has been a constant topic of conversation at camp as he enters his walk season.
