An Upper East Side penthouse that Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost once toured has found a buyer.

The residence, at the Wales in Carnegie Hill, was last asking $19.5 million — down from its $23 million ask in 2022. It’s in contract for close to its current asking price — in an all-cash transaction, to boot.

“Every unit in the building is an all-cash deal, ” developer Matthew Adell, of Adellco, told Gimme Shelter.

At 4,179 square feet, the sprawling spread features five bedrooms and five baths. It’s an all new-construction home built on top of the landmarked Wales Hotel during its historic hotel-to-condo conversion.

The hotel itself, built in 1899, is located at 1295 Madison Ave. It was once a home to artists, and later became a gathering spot for a certain crowd to prep before attending the nearby Met Gala.

The full-floor dwelling also boasts a massive 3,114-square-foot wrap terrace over two levels — and includes an outdoor kitchen, a wet bar and a fireplace on the roof, along with stunning views of Central Park and the Reservoir. Common charges are $9,293 a month.

The penthouse opens to a gallery. A dedicated elevator and curved stairs head to the roof terrace. There’s also a windowed chef’s kitchen, a corner great room with a fireplace, coffered ceilings and French doors that lead out to the terrace.

The building’s interiors are by Pinto, a Parisian firm founded by the late Moroccan-born interior designer and photographer Alberto Pinto. Fahad Hariri, a son of former Lebanese prime minister Rafic Hariri, is the firm’s new owner.

The Wales’ building amenities include a gym, a pet spa and bike storage, while the lobby features coffered ceilings and antique mirrored walls. The listing broker is JP Forbes, of Corcoran. Ryan Serhant and Emily Yaffe, of Serhant, repped the buyer.
