Kylie Kelce reveals how Travis Kelce spent his first NFL paycheck

As one of the best tight ends in the game of football, Travis Kelce makes plenty of money to buy expensive things, but his sister-in-law and the wife of former Eagles center Jason Kelce revealed the wild item he purchased with his first-ever NFL paycheck.
Kylie Kelce appeared on Philly sports talk station 94WIP on Thursday and divulged that Travis had bragged about buying a pair of Nike MAG Back to the Future shoes that looked like the ones that Michael J. Fox wore in the movie “Back to the Future II.”
Kylie explained that a young Travis bragged to Jason about making the purchase when Kylie and her Eagles star husband were first dating.
“Early on when we were dating, Travis came into town, I think with the Marty McFly shoes,” Kylie said on air. “I didn’t have the chance to meet Travis that time but Jason told me, after the fact, how much of a hard time he gave Travis after Travis divulged how much he spent on the shoes. It’s warranted.”
Kylie and Travis seemed to be on the same page about the coolness of the shoes, “but he deserved a little flack for that one.”
Kylie did not reveal how much Travis actually paid for the sneakers during the radio appearance — though it’s clear he can afford as many pairs of kicks as he wants now.
The Kelce brothers inked a deal worth $100 million with Amazon for their successful “New Heights” podcast this week.
That comes on the heels of Travis becoming the NFL’s highest-paid tight end this summer with a two-year extension that will get him $34.25 million to stick a little longer with the Chiefs.
This NFL season will be the first that there won’t be two Kelce brothers in the league after Jason retired after the Eagles wild-card round loss in 2023.
On Wednesday, he revealed during a media day at ESPN’s Bristol, Connecticut campus that he and his family intended to continue to live in Philadelphia even though his time playing for the Eagles was over.
