    Happy Tuesday, First State.

It’s two-for-Tuesday, so here are two stories about health issues you should be aware of:

Spend a lot of time driving? The warnings are over: Speeding drivers in I-95/Rt. 896 work zone will start seeing fines.

Do you know someone who made a difference to someone when they really needed it? Is there a Good Samaritan you’d like to see highlighted, someone who offered a kindness, that made a difference for you, or made someone's life a little better in Delaware?

Our new Random Acts of Kindness feature aims to share these stories. If you know someone deserving of a story, email Krys'tal Griffin at kgriffin@delawareonline with as much information as you can provide.

And now more local news …

Deer Park Tavern in Newark made USA TODAY’s list of best bars in the country.

The USA TODAY Bars of the Year 2024 list, released today, features 27 bars from dives to high-end cocktail bars.

"We try to show Delaware's history on our walls," said Rob Dawson, general manager of the Deer Park Tavern that's popular with University of Delaware students and local residents. He said the staff also strives "to put the best food out.".
