Newberg man dies in crash on Highway 221
A local man perished in a single vehicle crash in rural Yamhill County last week. According to a release from the Oregon State Police, Newberg resident Zakary Ross Nasby, 26, was traveling on Highway 221 south of Dayton on July 11 when his Ford Ranger “left the northbound travel lane onto the shoulder and overcorrected back across the roadway before leaving the roadway and striking a tree.” OSP troopers responded...
Sheriff: Impairment, speed factors in deadly Yamhill County crash
YAMHILL COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - One person was killed in crash in rural Amity early Monday morning, according to the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office. Just after 2 a.m., deputies responded to a crash in the 6800 block of Southeast Eola Hills Road. The sheriff’s office says a silver 2007 Hyundai SUV left the roadway and struck a tree.

HILLSBORO, Ore. (KPTV) - One person was killed and two others were hurt in a crash in Hillsboro late Sunday night. Just before 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a crash involving three vehicles at the intersection of East Main Street and Northeast Cornelius Pass Road. Officers arrived to the scene and found one of the vehicles on fire. The two other vehicles were damaged, one extensively.
