WFCN – On July 21, mass retailer Target Corp. will launch three new locations in California, Missouri, and Pennsylvania, expanding its network of over 2,000 stores. Target plans to open a shop in Lomita, California. This will be the company’s 318th outlet in California and its 127th in the Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Anaheim area.
