Deerfield Beach - On Feb. 3, Broward Health Trauma honored three Pompano Beach firefighters (Firefighter/Paramedic Erk Bentley, Lt. Robert Smith, and Firefighter/Paramedic D’Andre Nickle) for their “exemplary” efforts to treat a patient before the patient arrived at Broward Health North, responding to the scene within four minutes of receiving the call.
