TRENTON- A local resident is faced with a list of charges in Oneida County, including a felony, authorities say. Andrew M. Pachura, 31, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Marcy). Pachura is formally charged with one felony count of grand larceny in the fourth-degree (property value > $1,000); along with one misdemeanor count each of criminal tampering in the second-degree and one count each of theft of services.

MARCY, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — One person is in the hospital on Tuesday, July 2 after an early-morning accident, according to the New York State Police. Troopers were called to the motorcycle versus vehicle accident intersection of Old River Road and Joe Kelly Memorial Road in the town of Marcy at approximately 7:10 am on Tuesday.
