Clouds and comfortable temperatures in New Jersey; mostly cloudy on Saturday

NOW: A cloudy sky lingers throughout the day following a rainy morning. It won't be the best day to spend outside but it will be decent through the midday. It is not quite "soak in the sun" beach weather, but you can probably walk along the boardwalk with a light onshore breeze and visit local businesses. It will not be a washout today as the weather dries up but remains cloudy. We may be lucky enough to see breaks of sun. Highs will be in the mid-70s. NEW: Tomorrow will be a mostly cloudy day with enough breaks of sun to bring temperatures to 82 degrees. There will be a front approaching overnight Saturday into Sunday that will produce a few showers. This front sneakily lingers overhead on Sunday and could spark a popup thundershower for the midday. This shouldn't affect most communities in New Jersey, but if you catch a shower on Sunday midday, you may be chased inside. NEXT: Sunday is a beautiful day otherwise with highs near 88 degrees with a mixture of sun and clouds. The weather clears and turns quiet overnight into Monday where Monday's weather is incredibly sunny and pleasant. High temperatures will be near 80 degrees. Sunshine continues through the next week. "
