Caleb Silver, editor in chief at Investopedia, points to a new survey showing a few years of inflation have stretched New Yorkers budgets to the limit. In the survey from the U.S. Census Bureau, half those that took the survey said they are having a difficult to very difficult time just meeting monthly expenses.
