News 12 checked out conditions of public bathrooms in the Bronx after the New York City Council assessed 102 public park bathrooms across the city. The assessment found that two-thirds of them were either closed or had safety or health issues. News 12 visited three park bathrooms - only one of which was inspected by the City Council. News 12 found dirty sinks, missing toilet paper and even used feminine hygiene products on the ground.
