BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Here’s a look at my Bills 53-player roster projection. Among the players on the bubble who are projected to survive Tuesday’s cutdown day are Joe Andreessen, La’el Collins and Tyrell Shavers.

Ben DiNucci showed me enough in two preseason games to believe he can be a good bridge at backup QB to start the season. It was difficult to keep Zach Davidson off the list. I really wanted to go with four tight ends and just five receivers, but I don’t think the Bills will do that.

I will be interested to see how healthy Quentin Morris is — that could impact what they do with Davidson.

QB: Josh Allen, Ben DiNucci or Mitchell Trubisky, depending on Trubisky’s health (2)

RB: James Cook, Ty Johnson, Ray Davis (3)

    FB: Reggie Gilliam (1)

TE: Dalton Kincaid, Dawson Knox, Quintin Morris (3)

WR: Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel, Keon Coleman, Mack Hollins, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Tyrell Shavers (6)

OL: Dion Dawkins, O’Cyrus Torrence, Spencer Brown, Connor McGovern, David Edwards, Ryan Van Demark, Alec Anderson, La’el Collins, Sedrick Van Pran-Granger, Tylan Grable (10)

DL: Ed Oliver, Greg Rousseau, Von Miller, DaQuan Jones, A.J. Epenesa, Austin Johnson, Dawuane Smoot, DeWayne Carter, Javon Solomon, (9)

LB: Terrel Bernard, Dorian Williams, Edefuan Ulofoshio, Joe Andreessen, Nicholas Morrow (5)

CB: Christian Benford, Rasul Douglas, Kaiir Elam, Taron Johnson, Cam Lewis, Ja’Marcus Ingram, Daequan Hardy (7)

S: Taylor Rapp, Damar Hamlin, Cole Bishop, Mike Edwards (4)

ST: Tyler Bass, Sam Martin, Reid Ferguson (3)

    IR: Matt Milano, Baylon Spector
