First Chili-Paul Place building to lease soon

CHILI, N.Y. (WROC) — A long-awaited mixed-use development in Chili will soon be open for rental: Chili-Paul Place.

The development next to the Chili Wegmans has been in progress for years. A spokesperson for Midland Management told News 8 Friday that the first building at 200 Mulcahy Boulevard will get its certificate of occupancy within a month.

The 200 building will have retail on the first floor, with apartments on the second and third. The 300 building has the same layout and will open sometime after.

The 100 building — which is all residential, with the first floor reserved for people 55 and older — will be open for rental by the end of the year.

Midland Management says that they will be launching a website in a week.
