4 teens arrested after stolen car chase from Irondequoit to Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A group of teenagers were arrested Sunday after police chased a stolen vehicle from Irondequoit to Rochester.

According to the Irondequoit Police Department, officers saw a stolen vehicle among some Kias and Hyundais on Seneca Avenue while responding to an alarm there. They followed the car into Rochester, where New York State Police joined the chase.

Police used spike strips to stop the car on Lake Avenue. An 18-year-old, a 14-year-old, and two 13-year-olds were arrested. Police said all were charged and issued appearance tickets.
