ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A father and son were arrested for allegedly fighting deputies of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

On Thursday night, deputies said 23-year-old Dominic Affronti got into a fight at the Wayne County Fairgrounds and was ordered to leave. He was accused of going back into the fairgrounds and fighting two deputies. He was arrested.

Furthermore, it was alleged that his father, 62-year-old William Affronti, shoved a deputy while he was being escorted off the fairgrounds and tried to intervene when his son was being arrested.

Both Dominic and William were charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest. Dominic faces additional charges of third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree assault. Both were released on appearance tickets.
