Over $390,000 in funding sent to Strong Museum for new game show exhibit

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Over $390,000 in federal funding is being sent in support the Strong Museum of Play’s new ‘Beyond the Buzzer’ interactive exhibit.

The 5,200 square foot exhibit will explore the history of game shows, how they evolved over time, and their lasting impacts on popular culture.

“This federal funding will allow The Strong to further expand their exhibits and build on their legacy of learning, creativity, and discovery through play,” Congressman Joe Morelle said.

$394,160 in federal funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities to Strong in support of the exhibit.
