Large indoor climbing gym coming to Vestal

VESTAL, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A large scale, indoor, rock-climbing facility is coming to Vestal this Fall.

The PAD Climbing Gym has three locations around the country, two in California, one in Nevada, and soon, one coming to the Binghamton area. The facility will be located at 2220 Vestal Road.

The PAD will feature a rope climbing wall stretching 42 feet high and a bouldering wall up to 18 feet high. There will also be a lounge, weights and gym equipment, a yoga studio, retail store, slackline and more.

The website says The PAD welcomes climbers of all skill levels.

PAD is also hiring for the Head Route Setter position at the Vestal location.
