    $10,000 Scratch-Off Winner Sold in Toledo

    TOLEDO, OH - According to a press release issued by the Ohio Lottery on Friday, August 16, 2024, a lucky Ohio Lottery player has struck it big, winning $10,000 with a scratch-off ticket from the popular game, Billion.

    The winning ticket was purchased at Toledo 76 #6016, located at 5432 N Summit Street.

    According to the press release, after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings, the winner will take home approximately $7,200. Billion is a $50 scratch-off game that offers a top prize of $1 million per year for 20 years. As of August 16, three top prizes are still available.

    The Ohio Lottery has a long-standing history of supporting education in the state, having contributed over $32 billion to education since its inception in 1974, according to the press release.
