Pork and Potatoes With Hot Chili Sauce

My lunch today was simple. I made pork and potatoes with hot chili sauce. Here are the ingredients.

Pork and potatoes with hot chili sauce

Ingredients

• 1 - potato
• Pork loin
• Hot chili sauce
• Ketchup
• Salt
• 1 clove - Garlic
• Cooking oil

Instructions

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and the potato into cube-sized pieces. Stir fry the pork and season with salt and garlic. Cook the pork for several minutes until the pork forms a sear. Add ketchup and hot chili sauce to the pork and stir fry for several more minutes. Add the potatoes to the pan and stir fry. Remove any excess grease from the pan.

I never like to overcook the potatoes, so I stir-fry the potatoes with the pork for several minutes. I like to cook the potatoes until I can easily put a fork in them.

Plate the meal, let it cool, and serve.
