Lunar New Year celebrations are happening all over the globe as the transition from The Year of the Rabbit to The Year of the Dragon goes into full effect. Officially marked on February 10th, the Lunar New Year celebrations can run as long as 15 days, with the first 10 days considered public holiday in many Asian countries. Just over a decade ago in 2012 marked the last year of the Dragon—the Water Dragon. However this year is the year of the Wood Dragon .

Enter The Vice : the perfect Lunar New Year complement. Made from 100% Unfiltered and Unfined Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon from a prestigious vineyard located on the foothills of Mount Veeder at an average elevation of 800 Feet, “The Dragon” was guided by Lucky Number 8.

With deep color, potent tannins, and sound structure, “The Dragon” roars with aromas of stewed plum, fig, and pungent bayberries. It intensely bites with mulberry, pomegranate molasses, and goji berry, offering a mid-palate so deep and rich that it may leave a permanent impression. The finish may last for minutes but this wine will certainly last in the cellar a lifetime. Enjoy the power and tenacity of this Cabernet Sauvignon in its youth, and preserve bottles of it to tame in their cellar to only be enjoyed for a special occasion.
