FEB 20 Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle and Kyle Juszczyk Take Cabo

In the aftermath of their Super Bowl loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers' Christian McCaffrey, George Kittle and Kyle Juszczyk and their significant others are vacationing in Cabo San Lucas. According to photos from TMZ , the Niners players also ran into Payton Manning at the pool bar.

McCaffrey's fiancée, Olivia Culpo, posted a TikTok of how she is coping with the loss with herself, Kristen Juszczyk and Claire Kittle from Cabo.

FEB 15 First-Round Prospect Jackson Powers-Johnson's Funny Saturday Night Live Move

After thrashing defensive linemen at the Senior Bowl. Jackson Powers-Johnson, or "JPJ'' for short, is ascending draft boards and is projected to be a first-round selection.

He also showed off his sense of humor at the Senior Bowl, when JPJ was warned of "poachers" who were trying to get his autograph to sell it.

JPJ told Bri Amaranthus of CowboysSi.com that he normally loves signing gear for fans but had a different idea for these poachers: He chose a different name every day to sign and tried to make it as silly as possible. In an ode to Saturday Night Live's "Jeopardy'' skit, JPJ' signed one football as "Turd Ferguson" (you either get this or you don't ) and his uncle couldn't help but purchase the ball from the poacher.

While taking a fun outlook on life, Powers-Johnson is aware of the unique stress the draft process can bring. Instead, he is choosing to be grateful. His dad is a lifelong Dan Marino/Miami Dolphins fan, but the family will be excited for whichever team drafts his son.

"You only get drafted once," he said. "I just want to play. Any team would be great ... I kind of want to sit back and see how my parents react. It isn't about me anymore and it's an overwhelming emotion of gratefulness, gratitude, and excitement."

FEB 7 Justin Bieber Rumored To Make Surprise Usher Halftime Appearance

There is no official announcement regarding whether Usher will bring out a special guest for his highly anticipated Super Bowl halftime performance.

However, there is a rumor that Justin Bieber could be a surprise guest after the pop star teased photos on social media.

Bieber and Usher collaborated on the song "Somebody To Love," from Bieber's first studio album My World 2.0 . Usher has been credited for developing Bieber into the pop star that he is today.

Last June, Bieber was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which caused temporary paralysis in half of his face, causing him to cancel the remainder of his Justice world tour.

Bieber played his first live set in over a year at All-Star Weekend in early February when he played at Drake's History Club.

Shortly after, Bieber shared photos and videos on Instagram of himself singing into a microphone and teasing a surprise performance with a shushing emoji.

Notably, only six halftime performers have taken the stage solo since 2010.

JAN 22 Taylor Swift-Themed Concessions In Buffalo

The Kansas City Chiefs took over Highmark Stadium in every facet on Sunday. The Chiefs ended the Buffalo Bills' six-game winning streak and silenced their postseason dreams... Even Taylor Swift seized the concessions menu.

Delaware North, the food service partner of Highmark Stadium, highlighted Swift by offering “Karma Quesadillas” and “Bad Blood Waffle Fries” during the divisional clash. The concessions play off two of the pop star's hits.

Swift, girlfriend of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, cheered on Kansas City in a suite with his brother Jason Kelce.

So what exactly is a “Karma Quesadilla” or “Bad Blood Waffle Fries?”

A “Karma Quesadilla” is chicken tenders, bacon and cilantro ranch in a extra-cheesy quesadilla, topped with a pork belly chaser.

“Bad Blood Waffle Fries” are a 2-foot display of spiced waffle fries with Buffalo chicken, blue cheese, barbecue pork, cole slaw and bread-and-butter pickles.

JAN 3 Panthers Owner David Tepper fined $300K for unacceptable conduct

The Carolina Panthers have the worst record in the league and owner David Tepper lost his temper in the most recent loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in EverBank Stadium on Sunday.

In a video posted online, Tepper toward a group of fans after quarterback Bryce Young threw a late-game interception during Sunday's 26-0 loss.

Tepper says he "regrets his behavior" in his released statement:

"I am deeply passionate about this team and regret my behavior on Sunday," Tepper's statement said. "I should have let NFL stadium security handle any issues that arose. I respect the NFL's code of conduct and accept the League's discipline for my behavior."

Tepper is a billionaire hedge fund manager and one of the richest owner in the league.

DEC 19 TRAVIS KELCE, KING OF COMMERCIALS

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has had another impressive season, adding on to a Canton-bound career. This year, he became the fastest tight end ever to 11,000 receiving yards, reaching the milestone in 154 games. Add "king of commercials" to his list of accolades.

Kelce has appeared in commercials 375 times during NFL games, through Dec. 11 according to the Wall Street Journal.

Kelce topped his teammate, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, by 34 total airings. Coming in third at 247 was Jake from State Farm (Kevin Miles) and fourth was San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, with 194.

No doubt, the pop culture crossover of dating Taylor Swift has skyrocketed Kelce's popularity. It's important to note that Kelce’s spots were filmed before he started dating Swift. As the relationship became public and Kelce's exposure grew, some sponsors changed their advertising plans to showcase Kelce more often.

DEC 4 PLAY CATCH WITH DAK AND TOUR THE STAR

Dallas Cowboys quarterback and reigning Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Dak Prescott is donating his time to raise money for his Faith, Fight, Finish Foundation. Fans who donate to the initiative enter a sweepstake with the opportunity to be a Cowboy for a day with Prescott. Prescott will give a tour of Cowboys headquarters (The Star) and then play catch with the fan on the field. Transportation and hotel are also included.

Monday, December 4th, is the final day for fans to enter.

Prescott's "Faith, Fight, Finish Foundation'' is dedicated to the Dallas community and beyond. His foundation focuses on four main initiatives: colon cancer research, mental health and suicide prevention, bridging the gap between law enforcement the communities they serve, and offering assistance to those facing life-challenging hardships.

FFF was established as a tribute to Prescott’s mom, Peggy, who lost her battle with colon cancer in 2013; and its work honors his brother, Jace, who tragically committed suicide in 2020.

NOV 22 COWBOYS QB DAK PRESCOTT JOKES ABOUT ANGRY FANS

Criticism is a part of playing quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys . With the biggest fan base in the league, a stranglehold on the media’s attention, and a pathway to easy clicks, that will always be the case.

However, the increasing popularity of sports gambling and fantasy football hasn’t exactly eased fan-athlete tensions.

I get when fans are upset,” Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott said . “I get it. I was once there … I laugh at it because I understand it’s an angry fan.”

“But then there are other cases. Those are the times you have to remember, he must’ve had his whole rent on that one. Once again, I give him grace and I understand and say, ‘Stop gambling.’”

Prescott and the Cowboys are big 10.5-point favorites vs. the Washington Commanders on Thanksgiving. Prescott is playing some of the best football of his career, slashing his interception percentage in half and averaging a league-high 40 points-per-game at home in 2023.

The spread doesn't matter to the Cowboys, but a divisional win in prime time sure does.

    OCT 27 SWIFT'S MONEY MOVES

Pop star Taylor Swift is now a billionaire. The Grammy-winning artist has reached a  total net worth of $1.1 billion, with much thanks to her sold-out "Eras" tour. Swift is seemingly everywhere, all at once, often cheering on boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce.

Her concert movie put up major numbers in its first weekend at the box office, totaling $96 million in the U.S. and Canada. It is the highest-grossing concert movie ever domestically for an opening weekend, according to AMC theaters.

Swift won't be able to attend and cheer on Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce through the majority of November. The international leg of Taylor Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour kicks off on November 9th.

However, Kelce plans on traveling to support Swift while performing internationally, according to ET . The Chiefs are on their bye during Week 10 , which could coincide with Swift's concerts in Argentina, from Nov. 9 to 11.

Swift goes back on tour in the beginning of February. She performs on Feb. 10 in Tokyo, which would likely give her just enough time to attend Super Bowl LVIII on Feb. 11 in Las Vegas.

    OCT 23 RAMS RAPPER PROBLEM

NSFW Rapper "Blueface'' attended Sunday's NFL Week 7 Rams vs. Steelers game in Los Angeles. ... but he might not be allowed to attend again any time soon after essentially transforming his part of SoFi Stadium into what amounts to a strip club.

Video of Blueface and his NSFW stunt with some "dancers'' is going viral on social media. ... and one does not have to be a prude to imagine that ticket buyers - maybe with their families in tow, or maybe not - are something less than pleased.

L.A. is an entertainment capital of the world. And everything doesn't have to be Disneyland. But no ... the Rams would surely prefer to keep the controversy on the field. (Where, by the way, it definitely was in their loss to the Steelers. )

OCT 18 RUSSELL WILSON AND CIARA DONATE $1 MILLION

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife Ciara are donating $1 million to organizations in Denver. The nine-time Pro Bowler and Ciara, who is pregnant with their third child, handed out oversized checks to 10 different organizations for $100,000 each at the Broncos training facility.

Wilson's 'Why Not You Foundation' hopes to make an impact in Colorado. Meanwhile the Broncos are amid a brutal 1-5 season that puts them last in the AFC West .

Wilson is 5-16 as Denver's starting quarterback ... Not exactly the record Broncos fans were hoping for when the team signed the Super Bowl champion . However, Wilson's legacy off the field has continued to grow. The 2020 Walter Payton Man of the Year has prioritized serving the community in Denver.

“When the season is not going the way you want it to or when some young child has cancer or someone that you know is going through something, that is really tough. I’ve seen the miracle myself, so that’s why we created the Why Not You Foundation,” Wilson said to local reporters.

    OCT 10 COWBOYS CASH

The Dallas Cowboys have long occupied the spot of most valuable franchise in the NFL, and professional sports in general, for several years now, and that value keeps climbing higher and higher.

With Sportico releasing its valuation of all 32 NFL teams earlier this season, it came as no surprise that the Cowboys were on top once again. At a valuation of $9.2 billion, the Cowboys are continuing to smash records for sports team values. Compared to Sportico's 2022 valuation of $7.64 billion, the Cowboys value has increased by just over 20 percent.

    https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=0S6WWm_0rQa8oVF00
    Jerry and Gene Jones

For additional perspective, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones purchased the franchise for $150 million in 1989 , meaning its value has increased well over 6,000 percent during his tenure. Not only has the Cowboys' value dramatically increased in recent years, but so has their revenue earned.

"The Cowboys generated $1.05 billion in revenue last season, becoming just the second sports franchise in the world to top $1 billion after FC Barcelona," Sportico writes. "The Cowboys have only four playoff wins since 1997 but have revolutionized how NFL teams run their businesses, from sponsorships to stadiums to mixed-use developments. Dallas’ sponsorship revenue exceeded $200 million last year, while luxury suite revenue topped $100 million."

And yet, Jerry often insists, his entry into the NFL wasn’t about a financial goal.

“To be a part of the future of the Cowboys,” Jones recently said, “it was never about the money. It was about a passion."

Additionally, Jones has often said he'll never sell the Cowboys, as it's a "family business.''

The division-rival New York Giants came in a distant second with a valuation of $7.04 billion, followed closely by the Los Angeles Rams in third at $6.94 billion. The NFC East is very well-represented on this ranking, with the newly-sold Washington Commanders placing seventh at $6.05 billion and the Philadelphia Eagles placing ninth at $5.95 billion. The collective value of every NFL team is stated to be $165 billion, which results in an average value of $5.14 billion per club.

As the franchise's value continues to climb higher and higher every year, the Cowboys hope that their financial performance can translate to a long-awaited sixth Super Bowl title.
