The New York Giants have made their bed with Daniel Jones, but it appears that they don't want to lay in it.

After signing Jones to a monster four-year, $160 million deal in 2023, a contract that many didn't feel mirrored the type of play that would warrant such a contract from Jones, it appears that the Giants are now thinking they made a mistake.

With New York holding the No. 6 overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, there are rumors that the Giants could take a quarterback.

NFL Network's Rich Eisen, who spent all week at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, had his ear to the ground and heard several juicy rumors as people began to talk.

Eisen revealed his top five rumors that he heard in Indianapolis and coming in at No. 3 was a very interesting soundbite coming from the Giants.

“Number three of my top five rumors I heard at the combine is the Giants are absolutely done with Daniel Jones, done," Eisen said on the Rich Eisen Show . "Might have to play him this year but that ain't it and they feel that ain't it. The words I heard at the combine multiple times two words were buyers remorse.”

With Jones only having one playoff win and a 22-36-1 record in five seasons, it is easy to see why the Giants might be having second thoughts on the monster contract they gave the quarterback.

But for now, that is the bed they must lay in and when the Giants are on the clock at No. 6 it will be interesting to see if they draft a quarterback.

Daniel Jones might be the Giants starter in 2024, but beyond that, it doesn't feel like he will be.
