American Country Music Star Kacey Musgraves is back with spectacular color with her latest album, "Deeper Well." The talented artist is known for her genuine, unique take on modern country music with a blend of pop and folk sounds.

As a trailblazer in the industry, her lyrics are relatable and thought-provoking, and her new repertoire is no different; songs about love, loss, and self-discovery fill the album with country roots and contemporary soul. Familiar sounds accompany lyrics that fans and newcomers alike are sure to resonate with.

Another milestone in Musgraves' ever-evolving career, the 14-song album, was released on March 15 through MCA Nashville and Interscope Records. Two singles were previously released: "Too Good to Be True" and the lead single, "Deeper Well." The day before the album came out, Musgraves had a conversation about the album for American Express cardholders.

Talking about these singles, Musgraves said, "I thought they were good representations of different sides of the record. It is really a record of multi-layered emotions. It’s not all happy. It’s not all sad. It’s sort of weaving in and out somewhere through the middle with lots of gratitude and lots of appreciation, and reverence for life and the emotions that just come with being a human."

April 28 kicked off the World tour in Dublin, Ireland. Through May, Musgraves will be seen in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom before continuing the tour in the States. During the European shows, popular alternate Indi songwriter and performer Madi Diaz will open with a set from her new album, "Weird Faith."

In early September, the tour will continue in the States and Canada, starting in State College, Penn. The United States and Canadian tour will wrap up December 7 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. Father John Misty, known for his satirical lyricism, will be one of the opening acts along with the bluegrass band Nickle Creek and rock band Lord Huron. Each individual act brings a new sound to the tour, which was the goal that Musgraves and her team intended.

Reflecting on her opening acts, Kacey said, "I wanted to create a musical moment that felt like a little mini-festival that I personally would want to go to. I’m such a fan of all these musicians for different reasons, but I think they’re all authentically themselves and have created worlds that look and sound so beautiful."

Find a show near you, and don't miss the Deeper Well tour. Tickets are on sale for all tours on the official Kacey Musgraves website and ticket master.
