Shawn Michaels invites Kendrick Lamar and Drake to settle beef on 'WWE NXT'

Though it’s only been about a month, by now you’d be actively trying not to know about Drake and Kendrick Lamar ’s back and forth rap battle beef.

Since it’s start, things have gradually gotten more and more personal, and the shot fired more and more diabolical.

On Lamar ’s latest contribution “Not Like Us,” the rapper actually called out wrestler Shawn Michaels ’ finishing move, rapping, “Sweet Chin Music, and I won’t pass the aux,” in reference to figuratively kicking Drake in face with his bombardment of diss tracks. And according to Billboard , “the bar is also a nod to the Montreal Screw Job , an incident that involved The Heartbreak Kid and the WWE conspiring to unseat Canadian wrestler Brett ‘The Hitman’ Hart as champion.”

Anyway… coming back with his own response Shawn Michaels hopped on X to chime in and actually extend an invitation to both rappers “to settle this thing” on WWE NXT. Even offering to simply mediate a resolution if the parties aren’t interested in stepping into the squared circle.

Obviously the internet did what the internet does, as an IG user made a video of what the wrestling match between Rap’s Big 3 might look like. Including J. Cole briefly back in the mix, before he bounces from the ring to reflect his recent silence and vowing to get back on his “true path.”
