Video: NYPD Cops Save Man From Subway Tracks

Police body camera footage shows the moment that two NYPD officers saved a man who had fallen onto the tracks.

The video shows the officers racing through the turnstile, across the platform and then leaping down onto the tracks where a person had fallen after suffering a medical episode. Together they helped the man back onto platform

When a man suffered a medical episode & fell on the subway tracks, not only was he inches away from the third rail, but there was an oncoming train rapidly approaching the station," the NYPD said on social media.

"They both risked their lives," a woman is heard saying on the video.
