The Commanders announced more front office moves to start the week, naming Brandon Sosna their senior vice president of football operations, while the Washington Post reported that David Blackburn will leave the Ravens to become Washington’s director of player personnel.

BMitch is loving the moves from the new ownership group led by Josh Harris, and believes it is going to translate onto the field.

“I’m looking at the overall approach that they’re doing,” BMitch said. “Not only did they come in and try to improve the coaching staff and the players. they’re remodeling over at the practice facility, at the same time, they’re remodeling at the stadium. They’re bringing in bright people in the front office, and adding some jobs that we didn’t even have.

    “They are doing everything.”

BMitch says he already saw a change for the better around the organization in Harris’ first season, and believes these new hires suggest that it is only going to get better.

“Last year, when all that stuff started to work…I noticed people in the building, their mindsets changed,” BMitch said.
