Eminem is ready to make his 'career disappear' with new single, 'Houdini'

A few weeks after announcing his upcoming album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) , Eminem has set his sights on making his “career disappear” with his first single “Houdini,” set to drop this Friday.

Sharing a satirical post on social, the rapper is seen FaceTiming famous magician David Blaine , asking him for “help with something.”

“I was wondering, how far can we go with this magic? Like, can we do like a stunt or something?” Em asks Blaine, who takes a sip of wine and then proceeds to bite off the rim the glass. “Well for my last trick, I’m going to make my career disappear,” Eminem said, before hanging up. As a short instrumental of what seems to be the impending track plays at the end of the clip.

For someone who plans on destroying it all, Em has made quite the return as he gears up to drop his 12th album, which he previously promised would arrive his summer.

In April, Em announced The Death of Slim Shady with a Detroit Murder Files crime show spoof teaser . Which he followed up by placing a fake obituary in the Detroit Free Press earlier this month, to say goodbye to his alter ego.
