Eminem has officially returned with “Houdini,” the first single from his forthcoming new album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce) .

After announcing the track earlier this week with a quippy promo clip and a little help from magician David Blaine , the rapper who promised to make his “career disappear” has made 2002 reappear in the brand new single’s visual.

Beginning with the singsongy rhymes of his 2002 track “Without Me,” Em raps — “Guess who’s back, back again / Shady’s back, tell a friend.” The song also goes on to shout out Steve Miller Band ’s “Abracadabra” on the chorus, and name drops Megan Thee Stallion with these double entendre lyrics — “If I was to ask for Megan Thee Stallion if she would collab with me / Would I really have a shot at a feat? I don’t know, but I’m glad to be, back,” he raps.

Also recreating his iconic “Without Me” video, present-day Eminem sets out to find his ’02 self, encountering longtime buds like Dr. Dre , Snoop Dogg , and more along the way.

Ultimately, the Eminems have a roof-top showdown that ends in them merging together, becoming a “monster,” (we see what you did their Slim). Em then jokingly comes for everyone from Dr. Dre to his own kids, and more. Then, following all of that, Pete Davidson pops up (because why not) and takes over as the driver of Em’s car (assuring him he “just got my license back”), and the two haphazardly drive off into the night.

While no official drop date has been announced, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) is expected to arrive at some point this summer. So for now, enjoy it’s first offering and check out Eminem’s “Houdini” above.
