Taylor Momsen has become a rock icon, consistently releasing hit after hit with her band The Pretty Reckless. While we first saw her on Gossip Girl and How the Grinch Stole Christmas , she has become an international sensation with her rocker songs and vibes. Recently, she’s made headlines everywhere after a bat flew onto her on stage and bit her, leading to fans calling her “batgirl,” and quite a few rabies shots.

Many have wanted to know the details about how she handles being a music superstar, from how she preps for shows, unwinds from said shows, and, of course, the wildest stories she’s dealt with while touring around the world.

In a rare interview with UsMagazine , Momsen dished on it all, including the incident that had her and her band trying to leave the country ASAP!

“In Argentina , a bunch of girls came on stage and danced to our song ‘Goin Down’. Let’s just say some clothing came off,” she said. “Apparently, a father in the audience didn’t like the nudity and called the authorities.”

She added, “The show was shut down and we had to get out of the country … quickly.”

That is truly a wild story, and we’re happy the band got out soon and unscathed!

They’ve released four albums since 2010: Light Me Up. Going to Hell , Who You Selling For, and Death by Rock and Roll .
